Refund Policy

Coffee With the Dogs sells digital resources and may also offer one-on-one support services. This policy explains how refunds are handled.

Digital products

Because downloadable products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned in the usual sense, digital purchases are generally final once access to the file has been provided.

If you are unable to access your download, receive a duplicate charge, or believe the file you received is materially different from what was described, contact Coffee With the Dogs through the website so we can make it right.

If applicable law requires a refund or cancellation right, that law will control.

Support sessions and appointments

Any cancellation or refund terms for one-on-one sessions will be stated at the time of booking. If a session must be cancelled by Coffee With the Dogs, you will be offered a reschedule or refund for the affected session.

Processing refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the credit after the refund is issued.
